I first noticed this beautiful little spot lined with tons of pink blooms when I was pregnant with my first baby. They bloomed the week before she was born and then again the week before my second daughter was born. Oh the beauty of April babies! Needless to say, this magical spot has a special place in my heart and reminds me each Spring of that precious waiting time before my girls were born. As I planned for my April photo shoots, I knew I wanted to incorporate this spot with its pink pop and beautiful sun.
The Godfrey family and I set up their photos for the ONE weekend the trees were in bloom and of course Laura styled the whole thing so AMAZINGLY. What a dream! I always love my photo shoots with the Godfreys (check out their Winter shoot here) because I know there will be some good laughs and sweet conversation about life, raising babies, working hard, and loving the Lord.
